Time to enjoy

One thing I'm learning, trying to learn, or relearning--to enjoy small beauties. Here is one from a yard I passed on my Saturday morning walk/adventure. Texas bluebonnets. And here is a surprise--I posted this picture on Facebook--and two high school friends and, like me, Texas Panhandle natives, admitted--they neither have ever seen the state flower. One commented that in Amarillo, we know it's spring when we see the first tumbleweed.
